DGD rejected? Corrected paper back in 24 hours.
Your freight is parked at the acceptance desk and the clock is running. Email us the declaration and the rejection note. You get a line by line advisory report back within 24 hours: what failed, why the carrier stopped it, and the corrected entry, every finding cited to the controlling regulation. $95 flat.
How it works
Email the rejected declaration and the carrier's discrepancy or rejection note to emmanuel@altor.consulting. PDF, scan, or photo all work.
We check every line against the current editions: identification, proper shipping name, class, packing group, packing instruction, quantities for the aircraft type, and the certification block.
Within 24 hours you get the advisory report with the corrected entries and a citation for each finding, plus a payment link for the $95 fee. You correct, you sign, you re-tender.
Why shipments bounce
Most rejected dangerous goods shipments fail on paperwork, not packaging. Carriers run a formal acceptance checklist against the declaration, and a stale proper shipping name, a wrong packing group, a missing technical name, or a quantity over the limit for the booked aircraft stops the freight at the first line. The fix is almost always on paper, and paper is fast to fix.
The FAA verified 93 lithium battery air incidents in 2025, a record year, and enforcement followed: recent published penalties include $260,000 for a shipment found smoking at UPS Ontario and $60,000 after a package flamed at FedEx Irvine. Both happened here in Southern California.
A rejection today is also a data point carriers keep. Repeated rejections invite exactly that attention.
Common questions
What do I do first? Get the carrier's rejection note and the declaration, and fix the paper before re-tendering. The freight is not moving until the paper passes.
How fast is the turnaround? The advisory review comes back within 24 hours. Most shippers correct, sign, and re-tender the same day it arrives.
Will the carrier accept it after the fix? Nobody can promise acceptance and we do not. What we promise is that the paper you re-tender has survived the same checks that stopped it the first time, with a citation on every finding so your team can verify each one.
What you get, and what stays yours
The report is advisory. Every finding cites the section it comes from so your team can verify it independently. You keep the pen: the shipper of record reviews, corrects, and signs the declaration. We never sign for you and we never promise carrier acceptance, only that the paper you re-tender has survived the same checks the acceptance desk will run.
Shipping DG every week? A 10 pack is $750 and the monthly desk is $1,250 for up to 25 checks. Cheaper than one parked pallet.
